Dear participants of the New Generation Experts Segment of the 2026 Moscow Nonproliferation Conference!

We are delighted that you have become an integral part of the 2026 NGS MNC. It is your engagement, enthusiasm, and expertise that have made the NGS an unforgettable and unique event in the field of nuclear nonproliferation!

We are constantly striving to improve and sincerely aim to make our project even better. We would greatly appreciate your feedback, which will help us enhance the New Generation Experts Segment of the 2028 MNC (please note that the Conference is held on average every two years 😊), making it even more vibrant, insightful, and beneficial for participants.

We would appreciate it if you could take the time to provide the organizers of the 2026 NGS MNC with detailed answers to the questions below, if possible, by 1 April.

Please note that responses to questions 1−8 will be used exclusively for internal purposes. At the same time, responses to question 9 may be used for public purposes, including in announcements for the 2028 NGS MNC.

2. Before the trip, you received a pre-travel guide. In your opinion, what information, if any, was missing? What additional details would have been useful for participants to know in advance?

3. This was the first time we used the Hotel Lesnaya by Safmar to accommodate participants of the NGS MNC. How would you assess your experience staying at the hotel? Do you have any comments?

4. How would you assess the NGS MNC opening reception at the loft on 15 March (format, venue, food, program content, etc.)? What suggestions would you have for organizing a similar event in 2028?

5. How would you assess the closing reception of the NGS MNC at the Slava restaurant, where certificates were awarded to participants (format, venue, food, program content, etc.)? Do you have any comments/suggestions?

6. What was the most memorable moment of the MNC and/or the NGS MNC for you (either emotionally or in terms of discussion topics/engagement)?

7. What would you identify as the main outcome of the NGS MNC for you?

8. Would you be willing to assist in disseminating information about the 2028 MNC?

9. Please write a short review of the program (3-4 sentences) for potential public use, including in the announcement of the 2028 NGS MNC. How do you think participation in the program has contributed to (and/or how useful it will be for) your professional development and helped you establish new working contacts?
